At Southern Soul & Co., we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. 

Processing Time 

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options

We currently ship withing the United States and offer the following shipping options:

-Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $8.00

-Expedited Shipping: $20.00

-FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $200 or more (before taxes and shipping).

Shipping cost are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. 

Delivery Time

Most orders will arrive within 4-5 business days after they have been shipped.

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
