Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! Please read out return policy carefully before placing your order. 

Returns 
We accept returns on clothing and non-jewelry items within 7 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to receipt or proof of purchase. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label on all clothing and non-jewelry returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. 

Jewelry

All Jewelry is final sale and non be returned or exchanged. This includes, pendants, buckles, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and any other jewelry items. Please review product details and sizing before purchasing. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
