At Southern Soul, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns for store credit within 10 days of delivery. Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Free of damage or odors
• With original tags attached (if applicable)
Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued via email.
Broncy Donkey Footwear
Due to the handmade nature of our exclusive Broncy Donkey moccasins, all footwear sales are final. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.
Broncy Donkey moccasins are handcrafted by Broncy Donkey Leather Co. and are covered under the original maker’s workmanship warranty. If you experience a craftsmanship concern, please contact us first. We will gladly assist you and, if needed, work directly with the original maker on your behalf.
If you receive a damaged pair, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
Permanent Jewelry
Due to the custom and fitted nature of permanent jewelry, all permanent jewelry sales are final.
We stand behind our work. If your permanent jewelry breaks at the weld point, we offer a lifetime warranty on the weld. Please contact us with clear photos of the break so we can assess the issue and arrange a re-weld.
If the jewelry has been snagged, pulled, or damaged due to external force, it is not covered under the weld warranty. However, we understand accidents happen — please reach out to us and we will do our best to see what solution we can offer.
Please note that Southern Soul is not responsible for lost chains.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or discounted items
• Custom or special-order pieces
• Broncy Donkey footwear (unless damaged)
• Worn or damaged items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Southern Soul is not responsible for lost return packages.
